Precision Uncoiler Straightener Features
1.Adopting special non section double speed equipment to control the material output speed.
2.17 pieces smaller diameter work rollers remove the coil set from material and ensure precision processing high level of material flatness.
3.Back up rollers reduce the deflection of work roll and make leveling performance more precise.
4.The upper work rollers adopt 4 points micrometer adjustment device, suitable for high precise processing quality requirements.
5.The rollers are made of bearing steel SUJ2 and heat treatment quenching 60 HRC after hard chromium plating and grinding, long service life.
6.Add gear lubrication system, can work with any feeding machine.

Package and Delivery
Package: Well packed in wooden box, or naked in container with other machine.
Delivery: LCL or FCL by sea.
